Processing
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Pre-Orders
If an item is out of stock, it will automatically be placed as a pre-order and made just for you. Pre-orders ship within 1–3 weeks of purchase.

Sale items, or any piece noted otherwise on the product page, are not available for pre-order.

Domestic Shipping
We ship within the U.S. via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Shipping options are shown at checkout, including free economy shipping.
In-stock orders typically arrive within 7 days. Pre-orders typically arrive within 3 weeks of purchase.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
